"Our 12 year old dog Otis was never kenneled.  We were going on a cruise and had no choice but to find a kennel to take care of him.  We researched kennels in the Sarasota/Bradenton area and visited many of them.  Our search was over the moment we walked into ACE Pet Resort.  The staff are pet people and go out of their way to make your pet (and you) comfortable.  We were so impressed with the knowledgeable staff, clean facility and the services offered.  We were more impressed with how well Otis was taken care of.  We have used their services ever since and recommend them to everyone we know. 

Otis has since passed and our new dog Nemo came to us because of ACE Pet Resort.  Nemo was rescued from a veterinarian tech school laboratory by a local veterinarian.  Nemo was on behaviorial medication and they found out that he was allergic to grass....  When the time came to find Nemo a home, Jenn immediately thought of us.  We met with them and took Nemo home.  We have had Nemo almost a year and he is off his behavioral medication and his grass allergy is much better. ....He is a happy, loving and playful dog and makes us laugh everyday.  We are grateful to Jenn and the staff for taking the time and effort to help a dog that most people would have overlooked.  Nemo is a poster dog for ACE Pet Resort and what great caring people they are."

"We were referred to ACE Pet Resort from a co-worker.  We were looking for a kennel to watch over our two boys when we go away.  The place we had used a few times was awful and I was so apprehensive about leaving my boys anywhere.  We went to ACE and took a tour.  My husband and I were wowed.  It was super clean and the staff was incredibly friendly.  The price was right and there were wonderful amenities in the kennels like the fleecey beds that we didn't have to pay extra for like in other places.

After the first visit we picked up the boys and they were well adjusted and happy.  We have never gone anywhere else since.  Every time we drop the boys at what we call puppy camp, they are so excited they can hardly wait to get out of the car.  They are just as happy to go to ACE as they are to go home.  While they are there, they are treated well by the staff.  We love ACE.  In fact, we plan vacations around the availability.  If we can't leave the boys at ACE, we plan for other dates for our trips.  We won't ever board them anywhere else.

The staff is amazing, the facility is top rate and we cannot say enough about it.  We recommend ACE to everyone who needs to board their furry family members."

"My husband and I travel around the country for a living and are gone close to 40 weekends per year.  It was very important to us to not just have a place for our new "son" to stay, but a place for him to spend the weekends that we could relax knowing that he's safe.  We toured all the local kennels, resorts, even had interviews with house sitters and none of them felt quite right.  From the moment that we first drove up to ACE Pet Resort and met all of their incredible staff, we really felt like we had found our puppy's second home.

"ACE Pet Resort is just like home.  Actually, it is probably better than home because as much as I do spoil my yellow lab "Huckleberry" and my black cat "Max," I think they get more attention at ACE!  The people at ACE are part of our "extended family."  There are many wonderful things about the resort; they take great care of my "kids," especially when it comes to their health and safety. ...I drop the lab off and Huck is so happy to be there he doesn't even say goodbye to me!  At first I was unsure about this, but it says something about the place when the dog is so happy to be there because the people at ACE know that it is all about him!!!  And the cat?  Unbelievable . . . . even the cat waltzes in and out of his "penthouse" and the cat room, surveying his domain!  ...Huck and Max have chosen ACE Pet Resort as their only place to stay.  I've been known to drive two hours (one way) just to board them at ACE!  Additionally, we always make kennel reservations before we make our own vacation plans.  If the "kids" can't stay at ACE . . . . we don't go on vacation!  So, what does ACE Pet Resort mean to me?  Most importantly . . . . peace of mind."

"We have been boarding our 6lb maltese, Shelby, at ACE Pet Resort since September 2004. It is such a relief to know that she is taken such good care of in our absence. Jennifer and her entire staff are so attentive and concerned about all the dogs that board there. We never worry about Shelby while she is under their care. One time she had a health issue when she was there and Jennifer made sure that she received the medication that the vet had ordered for her. She also called and checked up on Shelby even after we had picked her up. ACE Pet Resort gives us peace of mind to be able to go away and know that Shelby is on “vacation” too!"

A . . . . affectionate; anxiously awaiting.  From the moment you step in the door, you know that everyone at ACE has been anxiously awaiting the arrival of your pet.  This in turn leaves you knowing that your pet (an extension of the family) will be receiving genuinely affectionate care in your absence.

C . . . . cleanliness; conscientious.  Our 4-legged family member has had the privilege of visiting ACE numerous times, and there has NEVER been a question of cleanliness.  There has never been a doubt that everyone is very conscientious of detail by always making sure the facility/grounds is sanitary, your bedding and/or toys come home freshly washed, and most importantly, a happy, healthy, and well-groomed pet.

E . . . . empathetic; extras.  A pet is an extension of the family.  Everyone at ACE is aware of this and is empathetic of these feelings of guilt and/or sadness when having to leave this “family member” behind.  They make saying, “seeing you in a few days buddy” a very painless transition by offering so many extras, such as one-on-one daily walks, playtime, cuddle time, special desserts, comfy bedding, music and/or TV’s.  Just like being at home!!!
